Description
The QA Documentation Lead will have two direct reports and assist the Manager in overseeing all aspects of the organization's Global Quality System - including CAPA's, Document Control, Change Control, and SOP's. This individual will get some incredible experience helping to build and continuously improve the Quality System. They will need to set daily goals for the team and help in processing documents when needed. The role is newly created and will provide the chosen candidate with a chance to make a huge impact in an expanding organization!Here is what we're looking for:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Document Management experience within an FDA environment (Pharma ideal)
- Leadership or Management experience ideal
- Strong GMP background
- Experience building a Quality System is a plus
- Technical writing experience desired
- Auditing knowledge would be helpful
