Description
Minimum Qualifications:Applicant should possess at least a BS in EE/CS, though a Masters/PhD in EE/CS is preferred. Applicant must have at least 8 years of ANSI C programming experience developing software for Linux systems. Applicant must have significant experience in several of the following:
- 8+ years embedded development experience
- 5+ years experience with Embedded Linux, Kernel and Kernel module development
- Strong C Programming experience
- Python and Perl scripting experience
- Strong knowledge of Operating Systems concepts pertaining to virtualization
- Experience merging patches and integrating logical change sets
- Experience using code management systems particularly Git
- Experience with VM concepts and integration
- Unix shell / Perl scripting
- Experience with OpenStack
- Bachelor's degree in CS/EE or related area
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with Linux open source community
- Experience with Wind River Linux
- Experience with Yocto/bitbake
- Web Management CGI development (HTML, Javascript, AJAX)
