Field Service Technician

Description

• Provides preventative and corrective field mechanical service on gas compression and process equipment on site at client locations.
• Directs, coordinates, and assists with scheduled and unscheduled equipment repairs and maintenance.
• Represents Services in a professional manner at all times.
• Follows all Health, Safety and Environmental procedures.
• Possesses a strong knowledge of new compressor technologies and comprehensive mechanical, diagnostic, and analytical skills.
• Will have call-out rotation responsibilities and responds to emergency maintenance calls.
• Responsible for submitting accurate maintenance reports and other necessary paperwork.
• Is dedicated to customer service, and maintains professional working relationships with customers and co-workers.
• 1 to 3years or equal to compression process, production and equipment related experience and/or training.
• 
  
  Possess thorough knowledge of compressor packages including all component and systems and production equipment, as well as electrical systems, including panel boards, skid wiring, etc.
  
  Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
  
  Must have a valid Driver's License and a clean driving record.
• Must be able to provide own hand tools up to 1 ¼".
