Responsibilities include:

Support the Appalachian Basin asset team in the preparation of year end and quarterly

reserve estimates and updates, including assessment of 2P/3P reserves

Manage third party independent reserve evaluations and auditsHead biweekly meetings to review capital and production reviewsComplete plans for capital budget as well as forecasting of volumes and reservesInterface with Operations team to determine accurate project costs, LOE expenses, and

realized prices for budgeting and economic modeling. Lead these groups in the

budgeting process

Perform project and economic analysis for all projectsMaintain reserve database(s) for corporate reporting and capital budgetingWork within the multidiscipline team to generate a superior development /exploitation

plan to test/assess MK acreage; maintain drilling schedules and work with

Land/Operations/G&G to ensure program timing requirements are met

Provide reservoir engineering input for Acquisition, Divestiture, and Exploration

opportunities as required

Assist in the preparation of quarterly and investor relations review materials

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Advanced knowledge in AriesBackground in probabilistic reserve and risk analysis/assessmentBackground and experience with the reserve assessment of unconventional resource

plays, specifically shale plays

7-10 years reservoir engineering experience with a focus on shale developments, and

liquid-rich plays beneficial

Skilled in reservoir performance analysis, nodal analysis, economic analysis, log analysis,

and project management

Good organization and communication skillsAble to accomplish tasks with minimal supervisionStrong interpersonal and leadership skills needed for interfacing with the multidisciplined

asset and leadership teams

Prior experience in operations/production engineering is desirableBachelor of Science in Petroleum EngineeringSome travel to field operations or other business unit offices may be required
