Progressive Global Energy has been tasked with sourcing an experienced Sales Engineer for a centrifugal turbomachinery controls company. The role is to work with current accounts and create new business opportunities within Houston. The Sales Engineer will be involved with face to face meetings, phone calls, trade shows and review blueprints and customer specifications to create estimates for control enhancement strategies. Must be located in Houston and able to work in the US without restriction.

Below is a list of the qualifications the successful candidate must have:

-A minimum of 5 years sales experience

-Centrifugal compressor experience in rotating equipment a must

-Strong knowledge of scientific and technical writings

-Ability to give presentations to top management, public, and stakeholders

Below is a list of key experience/knowledge the successful candidate must have:

-Come from a technical sales background preferred

-Define problems and provide solutions with technical diagrams

-Ability to travel within the area and occasional international travel

-Detailed work with spreadsheets and Microsoft Office
