The focus will be working with the Procurement group to insure project related items are acquired and delivered within the project scope. The Procurement Specialist will partner closely with stakeholders to be proactive in resourcing and fully understanding the end user's needs. Must be able to work in the US with out assistance.
Below is a list of the qualifications the successful candidate must have:
-A Bachelor's degree (B. S.) in business or technical engineering
-A minimum of 3 years compressor related procurement experience
-Detailed understanding of compressors and pumps
-Self-motivated, problem solving abilities, continuous improvement and decision making skills
Below is a list of key experience/knowledge the successful candidate must have:
-Come from a manufacturing background
-Negotiated contracts and understand why the company has the best price
-Understanding of process skids and flow equipment
-Idea and mindset that the company's money is their own money.
