This role is very urgent, ongoing, could be multi year.
Some of the qualifications for this role include;
Design, execution and lead of a proactive support model (as opposed to reactive support):
Ability to lead the team on maturing and standardizing operations support processes to be best in class.
Prepare data and presentation materials for operations reviews with our business units (we have weekly review sessions with BU's immediately post go-live).
Ability to lead business review sessions.
Lead daily activities of EU based team and coordinate with global team.
Ability to communicate with business and IT leadership in Europe proactively and on demand.
