To strengthen their R & D team, our client is looking for a team leader for the Development of embedded software. In this exciting and challenging position you will be part of a world-class automotive software team.

Tasks will include:

- Management and Development of the software teams
- The field of activity includes resource planning, implementation of performance evaluations, and individual development of employees
- Acquisition of project management tasks in the software sector
- As an interface to the software team supports the software team leader
- Overall project management in the planning and implementation of projects, possibly also in communication with customers and suppliers
- Continuous improvement of our client's product quality and ensuring the customer satisfaction through the application of modern software development methodologies (eg Agile , Scrum , V- Model )
- Pro-active support of the entire product lifecycle process

Requirements:

- University degree , for example, in electrical engineering or computer science
- At least 5 years experience in software or system development preferably in the automotive industry
- Several years of management experience and proven success in the development of technical skills within a team
- Very good programming skills in C (embedded software)
- Above average experience with open source operating systems ( Linux)
- Very good understanding of microcontrollers , mobile technologies , Car-Infotainment and telematics systems
- Enthusiasm and tenacity to customize the ambitious goals and achieve as a team
- Very good German and English, spoken and written
- Above average flexibility and experience in a dynamic industry ,demand their rapid development cycles greater reactivity
- Analytical thinking
