Our client's R&D team in Germany are looking for a Software Developer who is looking to strength their skills and grow in a pchalllenging role with this prestigious company. In this exciting and challenging position you will be part of our client's world-class automotive software teams.Your tasks:
- Software development throughout the product life-cycle process including planning, software design , implementation, troubleshooting, software module testing , documentation and process description.
- Working closely with the software, hardware , testing , and with our customers working on the optimization of the functionality in the range CAN bus technology and diagnostics for telecommunications equipment in the automotive sector .
- Integration of CAN and diagnostic solutions such as CDD / ODX and concepts for hardware monitoring.
- You own the system overview to ensure a trouble-free development and Integration of all CAN and diagnostic components in cooperation with our suppliers.
Your Requirements:
- Studied Electrical Engineering or similar disciplines
- At least five years of relevant professional experience in software development, preferably in the automotive industry,
- In-depth expertise in one or more of the following technologies in the field vehicle networking :
- CAN architecture and protocol stacks
- AutoSAR
- diagnostic protocols
- OSEK , CAN network management
- transport protocols (ISO -TP)
- Knowledge of Vector tool chain :
o CANoe CAPL programming including
o CANdela Studio
o GENy
- Microcontroller / embedded programming ( Power PC architecture)
- Very good programming skills in C (embedded software)- Very good experience in the field of real-time systems and embedded systems , ideally also embedded Linux
- Knowledge of modern software development tools , such as software version control via git , UML static and dynamic code analysis .
- Very good German and English, spoken and written
- Analytical and communication skills
