One of our prestigious clients is currently looking for a Senior Enterprise Software Developer. The successful applicant will work in the Sepura Enterprise SW Department contributing to Fault, Configuration, Accounting, Performance and Security solution.Main responsibilities and tasks:
Supporting requirements analysis
Supporting the definition and planning of work packages
Designing, Coding and Integration Testing of software according to design guidelines
Authoring Software documents
Collaborating with other software engineers on a technical level
Collaborating with system engineering and test teams
The implementation language is Java in Windows and Linux platforms.
Technical Competencies (Essential):
Thorough understanding of the SW development lifecycle within an enterprise SW product line.
Extensive knowledge of Core Java 6+
Experience with databases and knowledge of SQL
Experience in web service development & knowledge of related frameworks (JEE, Spring)
Experience in deployment and configuration of Web and Enterprise Containers (Tomcat, JBoss, Glassfish)
Knowledge of OOD, design patterns, UML modelling
Experience in developing multi-threaded, low latency applications
Experience of using configuration management and fault tracking tools
Technical Competencies (Desirable):
Planning SW work packages
Good command of web client development techniques (Javascript, GWT)
Experience with continuous integration environment and TDD development
Experience of using tools for measuring code coverage, profiling and memory leak detection
Experience in Radio Networks is highly desirable
Experience in reporting tool (Jasper Ireport) would be an advantage
