GENERAL SUMMARY/PURPOSEYou like and know (mobile) web development inside and out, you have already created a hybrid app and you are hungry to learn more?
With our client you will be able to explore your web and mobile development interests in a small and efficient, fast-paced, multicultural development team embedded in the safety of a global company. We try to improve our mobile and web entertainment app experiences for our own end-consumers as well as for our mobile carrier customers and we want you to help us on our journey.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Minimum:
- Deep IT education
- Good level of English
- Reliable and self-dependent work style
- Strong analytical skills and problem solving ability
- Must have experience using HTML5, CSS, JavaScript and AJAX to build Rich Internet Applications.
- Must have experience using jQuery or similar JavaScript libraries.
- Object oriented development using PHP - experience working with MVC frameworks
- Good LAMP knowledge and experience with version control systems (SVN)
Preferred:
- Experience developing Android applications or hybrid android applications
- Experience using Symfony-1.4 or Symfony 2 PHP MVC framework
- Experience using Phonegap for Android
- Experience using Backbone.js
Education, Certification, and/or Training:
Preferred:
- IT University degree (but not required if you can convince us about your skills)
Experience:
Minimum:
- 1(+) years of professional experience in HTML5, CSS3, PHP, JAVASCRIPT
Preferred:
- 1-2 years of experience in Android application development or mobile hybrid application development
