Main Purpose of the Job
Develop physical layer software (DSP) of 4G air interfaces for wireless backhaul applications. The successful candidate will join a team of experienced DSP developers working on both base and terminal equipment.

Key Responsibilities
1. Development of wireless physical layer on the clients TI SoC-based platform. Responsibilities include physical layer coding, integration, module and system test, and documentation.
2. Development of test utilities in C on Linux-based MAC processor.
3. Support system integration activities and assist system debug.
4. Work in accordance with the company's Quality Management System and policies.

Education and Experience
1. Minimum Bachelors Degree in a Physics / Mathematics / Electronic Engineering related discipline.
2. At least 3 years of experience in wireless physical layer development (DSP).
3. Familiarity with Matlab / C / Assembler, DSP development tools and processes.
4. Experience of TI C64x/C66x DSP Keystone multicore SoC architecture and tools is essential.
5. Working knowledge of 4G wireless standards and 3GPP 36-series specifications.
6. Familiar with RF test equipment including signal generators, spectrum analysers, vector signal analysers and fading simulators desirable.
7. Logical approach to problem solving.
