This leading Aircraft Interiors business is an established player within the market and has strong growth plans set for the next 3-5 years. They specialise in the manufacturer of Aircraft Interiors/ Seating/ Cabin Interiors and aircraft maintenance upgrade projects globally. This business is now seeking an ambitious, driven and experienced Sales Leader to join their successful team leading a global sales force of 5 UK and EU based Sales Managers.

Located: North West- England 3 days per week/ home base and International travel
The Successful candidate:
A proven sales track record
Proven Sales leadership and successful sales strategy implementation
Aerospace Aftermarket Background ideally within Aircraft Interiors.
Focused to achieve
International Experience, contacts and network Globally
Experience of developing and leading sales strategies/ sales campaigns
Located in the North West, England or able to stay 2 nights per week in the NW.
Able to travel internationally where required
Motivated with clear career goals
A senior position reporting into the MD.
