Marketing Manager, Broker Market, Insurance, Financial Services, Gloucestershire, £60,000 - £70,000Computer Futures are currently seeking a Marketing Manager with experience gained within the Insurance and Financial Services sector.
You will be responsible for driving the acquisition strategy and head up a team of individuals whose expertise will assist in ensuring strong commercial targets are hit.
You willll be analysing market and sales data to constantly understand the client's customer's behaviour and product performance. Taking these insights and creating the propositions in tandem with liaising with a range of key stakeholders across the business. You will work with creative agencies and directly with media channels to ensure our products are effectively marketed at the right time to the right audience.
You will play a lead role in evolving the client's social media channel to become a key part of their customer engagement and acquisition strategy, constantly seeking innovative approaches to communicate with this dynamic customer sector.
You will also manage and monitor the execution of campaigns, coordinating multiple resources in order to support plans - all the while making sure that both our customers and insurer partners remain at the heart of all we do.Required Experience
You will have significant experience of developing marketing strategies and propositions. As a highly effective communicator you will be passionate about leading internal and external stakeholders, as well as developing the team. You will have a strong creative capability, as you will be taking a lead role in writing strategic briefs and ensuring commercial success of the products.
Constantly inquisitive you will have a successful track record of integrating social media into commercially effective campaigns. You'll be CIM qualified (or equivalent) and ideally have experience of
