Description
- Establishing appropriate and market standard project development structures, tools and processes;
- Managing existing joint venture pipelines in terms of reviewing strategy, approach, quality and value/risk of all projects from a development perspective;
- Providing development input into project and pipeline due diligence processes;
- Working with internal and external teams to identify and progress new greenfield sites;
- Managing development team input into the implementation of all projects post-acquisition;
- Providing regular input and updates for the liquidity plan for the UK business;
- Advising on the short to long term outlook for project development in the UK, recommending key areas of interest for the business in terms of partnering and investment and providing input into the annual business planning process.
