My client is seeking an experienced Downstream Oil Consultant to join their Downstream Oil / Gas Advisory team based in London.
The Role
The Downstream Oil Consultant will sit within the Downstream Oil Advisory team and play a lead role in managing and delivering both strategic and commercial driven consulting projects to global Oil and Gas companies, financial institutions and world governments. The role will require project management & planning experience and the ability to build external relationships with clientele. Additionally the Downstream Oil Consultant will need to have a strong strategic and commercial mindset to play a key role in the creativity, strategy and prioritisation of various projects that this team will work. Projects will require understanding of operations, business models and strategies within the Downstream Oil Markets. The Downstream Oil Consultant will have the ability to lead projects and teams and have a leadership mindset to take ownership of processes and build strong internal teams.
Key Skills Needed: -
The Candidate
The ideal candidate will have a strong degree in a numerate subject (Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, and Geology) to an advanced level (Masters or PhD are a preference). You must have significant experience within strategy consulting including exposure to operations and business models. Significant relevent experience within Downstream Oil / Gas consulting or a commercial focused Oil / Gas role is a must.
