Enterprise Partners is currently looking for 2 experienced In Market Change Consultant to join an exciting Company based in South Korea.The client currently has a large scale programme and consequently they're seeking consultants with the following skills and experience
Profile Required:
-5+ years Change Management experience
-Experience with aligning training requirements
-Experience with executing detailed change impact assessment and change action plan
-Must have detailed understanding of business processes
-Must speak Korean
The role of the In Market Change Consultant will be to support the local change activity required to successfully deliver and deploy within markets. This role will be required to be based and work from within the local market.
Ideally we will need a consultant who has worked primarily on Change Management in at least one role
The details of this contract include;
Start date: May 2014
Duration: 12 -months
Rate: Market Rates
