My client is searching for an experienced Senior Developer who comes from hands on technical background using JAVA, FLEX and AGILE. The chosen candidate will be a proven and experienced Development manager who will be able to mould, drive and shape the Development team. The chosen candidate will be able to work with agile methodologies, have prior experience leasing with Business Analysts and Project managers and be familiar with continuous integration processes.This is a brand new position within a large investment bank, which will offer the chosen candidate exposure to the business requirements, responsibility of ensuring large projects are running smoothly and an opportunity to learn new skills. The chosen candidate will be exposed to Front End Web technologies such as HTML5, FLEX, and JAVA and also work with niche tools such Sonar, RTC and Eclipse.
Key Skill Requirements;
- Java, JavaScript, SQL, Sybase
- Agile Development Practices ( TDD, BDD, Automated Builds, Continuous Integration)
- Technical and Team Leadership Experience
- Excellent Team working and Communication Skills
- HTML5 (Desirable)
- JIRA ( Desirable)
