We are currently working with a top 10 leading global pharmaceutical company who are looking for an experienced CMC senior manager to join the team. As part of the company's continuing growth, this is a new role created to work alongside existing senior members of this well respected and excellently structured regulatory affairs group.
Key Skills/Experience
- At least 5 years experience working in regulatory and specialising in CMC
- Strong European regulatory affairs experience
- Hands on CMC regulatory work
- Previous line management experience
- Significant knowledge of ICH guidelines and submission requirements of various markets such as EMA etc.
- Ability to motivate team members, provide coaching & support development, troubleshooting, tracking deadlines and acting as a primary or second degree reviewer
- Effective workload management as an individual and as team manager
