FIX Technical Account Manager

A global, leading brokerage firm are looking for a Technical Support Analyst to join them within their Electronics Operations division. This is an exciting new position in the client facing side of the business!

Technical On-Boarding and Support to the external client base whilst working with the post trade team internally in relation to their bespoke FIX and Propriety platforms you will be able to advise on how they could improve their operations to be more effective.

The following are the main focus of this opportunity:

FIX knowledge (coding is not needed, good level of understanding is required)

1st Line Support/ On-Boarding to external and internal clients/users

Tenacious personality and ambitious drive

Asset Class knowledge- not essential but any knowledge around Equity Derivatives, FX, Credit, Metals is going to give you that edge

First class communication skills

This is an amazing chance to be involved with a brand new electronic trading voice platform which being implemented and used by some of the top traders and trading companies globally.
