Description
Working as part of the Head Office Business Change Programme the Service Management Project Manager will be responsible for creating a global service management capability supporting the 10,000 users across the business based on an ITIL framework. This role will involve significant high level business change on a multi-national scale and therefore requires somebody with similar experience.We are looking for an experienced Project Manager who has full project life-cycle experience from putting together business cases, budget approval and delivery. You must have strong business change experienced working for a multi-national company on a global scale.
Candidates wishing to apply will have Project Management experience within a multi-national business specifically delivering Service Management projects around the ITIL Framework. Experience with full life-cycle projects from putting together business cases, obtaining budget approval and the delivery / roll-out of the project.
Rate: £350 - £450 per day
