Software/Firmware Test Engineer - Yorkshire - £ per day(Test Engineer, Embedded, Firmware, Medical Devices, Web, Software)
I have an urgent requirement for a Test Engineers/Analysts for an immediate start for a leading client based in Yorkshire.
The client is a leader in the provision of Telehealthcare products and is currently looking at releasing products into US market.
Your role will involve working on the manual testing of Embedded Software/Firmware on Android based products and also include some web applications based testing. You will be working on a mix of old and new projects and this will be mainly a hands on test role.
Essential Skills:
- Embedded Software/Firmware Testing

- Software Testing
- Black Box testing
Desirable skills:
- GSM and IP experience
- Mobile/Tablet Testing
- Android Platform Testing
- Bugzilla
- Test Team Manager or other similar tools
- Team Foundation or other similar tools
- Agile
- Python
Most of the test scripts and plans will have been written, however you maybe required to make modifications.
This is 3 month contract opportunity with an immediate start. Interviews will be taking place Wednesday 7th May.
