Embedded Software Architect, C, C++, Wireless, £500 per day, 9 months, Cambridgeshire, South EastTHE ROLE:
A leading wireless electronics company in Cambridgeshire have an immediate requirement for an Embedded Software Architect for an initial 9 month contract period.
This is an opportunity to join a project at the very beginning, where you will be taking the project from concept to end.
You will be tasked with working on new, large multi processor system that is incorporating multiple wireless communication protocols together (such as 2G, 3G, Zigbee, GSM, RF Mesh Networks, Bluetooth).
You should demonstrate the ability to head up a team as the lead Embedded Software Architect who is capable of making key technical decisions.

This role is commutable from Cambridge, Bury St Edmunds, Peterborough, Northampton, Leicester and Huntingdon.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
1. Expert in Embedded Architecture
2. C and C++
3. Wireless telecommunication protocols- 2G, 3G, GSM, Zigbee, RF Mesh Networks, Bluetooth
4. Device Drivers / Microprocessors
5. Coding Standards - e.g. MISRA
6. Security - AES, SHA, signing and encryption
