Progressive recruitment is currently recruiting for an SAP Test Manager to join one of our clients, based in Manchester.Key Skills:
* Experience writing test strategy documentation along with writing test plans and execution of testing/test management.
*Experience in the joint ownership of the test strategy for the programme with the Systems Integrator 3rd Party
*Experience of implementation of industry best practise for testing SAP ERP solutions
* Experience planning and managing the integration, functional and acceptance testing of the SAP ERP solution
*FMCG experience is beneficial.
Essential:
*Ability to apply strategic and innovative thinking to problem solving in a regulatory context
*Ability to grasp issues of a business nature and assess the technical impact, and vice versa
*Excellent interpersonal with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders to achieve results.
*Good consulting and relationship management skills and an ability to work comfortably at all levels of the organisation.
*Proven leadership and people management expertise, including experience of managing and motivating Matrix teams.
*Ability to take people through structural, procedural and cultural change and gain commitment to new models of working.
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
*Good prioritization and delegation skills.
