Description
Computer Futures are seeking a Senior SharePoint Specialist/Engineer/Consultant to work for a market leading client based in the Bristol/Bath area.You demonstrable experience of designing, implementing and supporting Microsoft SharePoint, to work on a significant enterprise hosting project delivering a new managed service on SharePoint 2013 to over 30,000 users worldwide.
The role on the project will require the candidate to:
* Act as the lead SharePoint 2013 engineer on a project team delivering an enterprise implementation of SharePoint, Lync and Exchange to a global corporate customer, during the design, implementation, testing and early life support phases of the project;
* Contribute to a Service Design Package for Hosted SharePoint 2013 Services;
* Contribute to and validate detailed technical design documents for SharePoint 2013, as provided by third party SharePoint consultancy.
Skills
* Ability to write documentation.
* SharePoint 2010 - in-depth demonstrable experience.
* SharePoint 2013 - good working knowledge and a desire to learn asap.
* SQL - good working knowledge of designing SQL for SharePoint.
* Active Directory - good working knowledge.
* Virtualisation - Hyper V - good working knowledge
* Windows - good working knowledge.
* Excellent customer service and customer facing skills
This position is paying up to £60,000 and comes with an excellent benefits package that includes Pension and Healthcare. Interviews slot are available now for suitable candidates.
