Job Title: Digital Onboarding Manager

Rate: £ per day

Start: ASAP

Length: 3 month rolling

Location: London

The purpose of this role is to improve the digital onboarding of new customers to the bank (measured as increased digital usage and advocacy), as part of the wider customer onboarding improvement programme.
  • Experience of improving customer experience - in a digital environment
  • Strong planning & delivery skills - ability to look ahead, act and influence any initiatives which will impact the customer journey for digital onboarding
  • Strong analytical & problem solving skills - ability to drive insight and prioritise the most impactful actions
  • Strong influencing skills & ability to work in a virtual team
