Real Staffing are looking for someone with a strong operational management background, excellent track record of delivering RTT targets and team management experience for a Deputy General Manager position in an Acute Trust in the South East of England.This is for a 3-6 month contract supporting the General Manager with day to day management of the Womens and Childrens division and ensuring that RTT target is met. The successful candidate will also be supporting the review of clinical pathways.
We are looking for someone who has gained their operational experience in an acute trust. Experience within Womens and Children is not essential.
