If you have a strong track record of managing Local and National NHS Targets and operational managment experience in an Acute Trust then this role is for you.Real Staffing are currently recruiting for a General Manager for Surgery for an Acute Trust in the South East of England.
You will be working as part of the senior Surgical Management team assisting with the day to day runnign of the department and delivering against financial and performance related targets and service improvement.
