Data Scientist - 3 month contract - London - £550/£700 per dayThere is an opening for a Data Scientist at a large national company for an initial 3 month contract based in Central London. The daily rate for this role is between £550- £700 depending on experience.
The right candidate will be responsible for not only unlocking the hidden value within data, but also to be able to coherently explain this to stakeholders in a business facing manor.
Essential skills you must have include:
- Proven track record with previous Data Scientist roles
- Business facing attitude towards data
- Expertise in applied statistics (including regression models)
- Excellent experience with Hadoop
- Proficiency in SQL
- Expertise in R.
- Advance skills in a scripting language in Python or similar scripting languages
