Description
2nd Line Support-Windows 7/8, Mac,SCCMAs part of a team of 5, you will be solely responsible for supporting over 100 of our Senior Executives, Directors and Editors.
This is a 6 month contract, based in central London.
The successful candidate will be expected to have a predominant skill set in desktop services plus 2nd line end user support, but more importantly have experience in dealing with Senior Executives within a large organisation. The candidate should have excellent communication skills and be able to deliver technical information in a user-friendly manner.
