My large retail client based in Buckinghamshire is looking for an experience PM with strong Change experience to drive the business through change and bring a freshness to the senior management team.The role will be focused around a new campaign system on an IBM platform. The successful candidate will evolve the business and the team to aid in the new ways of thinking around the new system.
The candidate will use initiative to learn how the tool is used in other environments, from the supplier to cross industry analysis. In addition to this the client wants a person who can challenge the current may of thinking and communicate this throughout the business.
My client needs someone who can get in there and work alongside people and stimulate real change.
