Overview
A large, prestigious retail company is currently seeking SQL Server Developers / DBAs to join its exciting and dynamic organisation. Due to impressive growth the company is now expanding which is why they are now recruiting for SQL Server Developers / DBA's.
Key responsibilities
- Assisting with the definition and management of standards and practices used both internally and externally
- Analysis, Design and Development of quality solutions that meet business requirements
- The provision of technical advise and guidance to other members of the development team
- Delivery of technical solutions in a designated time frame
- Providing technical direction and oversight to internal and 3rd party development resources
- Responsible for insuring that databases are performing to their optimum ability
Skills
- MS SQL Server
- T-SQL
- MS Business Intelligence Stack (SSRS, SSAS, SSIS, SSMS)
- Understanding of database design
Desirable
- Azure, C#, VB, Oracle
- IT/Computer Related Degree
