Our client is a leading pillar of the Banking community and is assertively looking to grow their successful team.They are looking for a Digital Metrics Manager to be responsible for performance measurement and continuous performance optimisation across all brands, encompassing Websites, Internet and Mobile Banking. The successful candidate will be required to create and manage performance measurement and dashboards and analyse metrics to determine the benefits drivers for digital channel propositions.
Skills and experience required for the role:
- experience in customer focused organizations, in disciplines such as change management and service delivery.
- People management experience
- Accomplished in assessing a diverse array of information into tangible outputs
- Strong negotiation/Relationship skills
The office and team environment is exciting and professional based in Leeds and may require occasional travel to London.
