I am looking for an experienced Marketing Co-ordinator to join a top asset management firm based within London. The role will require you to come on board and help them with a new project within their business.

Working with the Manager for Client Marketing and co-ordination, the manager will be responsible for:

Defining and owning the execution of all marketing requirements that support our investment products and services both 'inlife' and at launch, including: Fundamentals - tools and assets required to promote all investment services to our target audiences. Campaigns - quarterly campaigns that involve co-ordinated marketing activities built around the promotion of a "focus" investment service.

Interfacing with Investment Specialists, Marketing Intelligence and Sales to ensure feedback, insights and responses to objections are incorporated / considered in our marketing messaging and tools.

Creation of messaging, content and tools that clearly qualifies our investment products and services within the wider competitive context.

Creating messaging, content and sales tools that clearly differentiate our investment services vs. competitor offerings.

Building, owning and executing the product and services marketing roadmap - working with the Writing and Production team to schedule delivery of agreed tools, assets and communications.

Owning the execution and rollout of marketing messaging and positioning to the sales channel.

Requirements for the role:

Experience of marketing Investment Services across both Fixed Income and Equity products

The ability to understand and build upon insights from investment groups and sales teams and to turn them into compelling marketing campaigns and communications

Strong business analysis skills

High level knowledge of marketing process's and tools

A proven track record of co-ordination and project management delivery

The ability to interface with internal and external sales channels, understand their feedback and develop tools and content to address their needs

Skilled at interpersonal communications and building strong working relationships

The right candidate will have proven experience performing these actions at a high level whilst working within a banking setting.
