Description
My NHS client based in London is currently recruiting for an Urgent Care Project Manager to work with them for a 3-4 month period to undertake some key tasks and help finish projects.You will be required to work on the below:
1)Urgent Care Centre
A. Identify a revised model of care for primary care provision within a UCC setting working with clinical leads, wider stakeholders in line with evidence based models of care and building on examples of best practice.
B. Re procure the primary care (GP) provision within the existing Urgent Care Centre with a new provider to be in post by April 2015.
2) Implement a review of unplanned care service and access to planned care.
There are 3 core elements that will feed into the review;
A. Patient, public and stakeholder Engagement - This is being delivered by an external supplier however the post holder will be responsible for liaising with the supplier to ensure that it meets the overall objectives of the review and that is delivered within the given the timescales.
B. Evidence Based research
C. Data review
This is a 3-4 month project with interviews likely to be next week and a start date of the 12th May. The day rate for this is circa £350 - £400 per day depending on experience.
