My client, a leading bank, is currently looking for a Risk and Controls Analyst who will report to the banks Central Risk and Control team within Operational Risk framework. Based in their London offices on a contract basis paying a daily rate of £ depending on experience on an initial 3 month contract

You will meet the following requirements:
  • 3/5 years analysis skills with specific experience of AML/KYC/Financial Crime
  • Customer Due diligence experience
  • Good awareness and understanding of compliance related policies, standards and regulations.
  • Exposure to KYC and OKYC processes and requirements
  • Good written and oral communication skills.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy of work Organisational awareness of the structure of Customer Due Diligence and the 3 Lines of Defence model is beneficial
  • Operational Risk Framework%MCEPASTEBIN
  • Support the identification, monitoring and escalation of risks, ensuring appropriate controls are effective
  • Support the ongoing maintenance of the Policy Surveillance Plans (PSPs)
  • Manage the collation and submission of all Business Continuity documents including BCP and BIRA, preparing for call trees and volume tests as appropriate
  • Support to Risk and Controls central team on Group policy attestations and annual Policy Gap Analysis
  • Engagement with the site Risk & Control teams to support the reporting and escalation of all key risks, including the action progress and key risk indicators.
  • Administration of ORS updates for key risks, events and action plans.
  • Provide general meeting support, including recording minutes, actions and decisions as appropriate and co-ordinating papers for review ahead of the meetings
