An experience Network Support person is needed to join a leading Customer Management company with a world wide reputation.The Role -
You will be responsible for pre-sales support of company products and solutions, providing expertise and leadership including - technical support in presentations, product demonstrations and a consultative approach on the companies solutions.
The role will also require extensive travel within UK, Europe, Middle East and Africa.
The ideal candidate will have -
- Work experience as a Sales Engineer or in a client facing role
- Experience of Value Added Services (Voicemail, IVR, SMS and Prepaid) experience necessary.
- Experience of other technologies and products relevant to Telcos, such as - OTT services, LTE, Telecom APIs and Campaign Management, is desirable.
- Excellent customer communication skills are required.
