Description
Senior Business Analyst required by our global engineering client to assist and facilitate process mapping exercises including a high level of stream and documenting business processes to identify gaps and inefficiencies.Some European travel will be required for this position across the various IT locations.
Experience and skills
- Robust knowledge of business analysis, business processes and requirements gathering
- Detailed knowledge of Engineering & Procurement business processes
- Robust knowledge in mapping business processes and process re-design
- Knowledge of value stream mapping and 'lean' techniques
- Advanced facilitation skills
- Advanced communication skills, both oral and written
- Advanced analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to work in multi-cultural and internationally based groups or independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to easily adapt to change
- Moderate knowledge of MS Visio, MS Office, Sharepoint and other process related systems
- Ability to work in fast paced, fluid environment
- Ability to influence outcomes in a tactful and appropriate professional manner
- Fluent English, written and spoken
