Systems Engineer.I am looking for a server engineer for a contract role to start IMMEDIATELY, they ideal candidate will have;
* Good communication skills - phone and email
* Escalation skills, following proper procedure
* Networking and basic PC skills will be required.
* Experience within a retail environment, floor walking, and validation checks.
Length: 5 Months , Based in West Yorkshire
You will be working for a company that provides support for a retailer, and will be expected to go on site out of hours and check all devices.
What the role will include;
Post Conversion Validation Checks
* Completing System Status Check, printing off and note the number of devices with OK status
* Check store can log onto registers, complete transaction and void/refund
* Check store can sign in
* Check store can print SEL's from the telxons
* Complete MU/MD checks
* Check PAM Pilots are working
* Check store can print from PAM Pilot
* Validation Checks
