Description
My client, a top UK bank, is looking to recruit someone to execute the delivery of Investment Accounting & Investment Operations change.Accountabilities:
- Responsible for delivering change to the complex, high risk and business critical IA&IO systems and processes.
- Responsible for the provision of system specialist and subject matter expert consultancy services to the IA&IO BAU operations teams
- Responsible for ensuring the change teams deliver projects and change to agreed requirements, standards, cost and disciplines
- Responsible for the providing the IA&IO input into data warehouse UAT and BAT, working closely with the operation teams to ensure all changes are fit for purpose.
- Responsible for assisting with setting the strategic direction of the IA&IO model, systems and processes. Influence product design teams ensuring compliance with IA model
- Determining and implementing change, support and system integration standards across the function, ensuring compliance with Group standards.
Responsible for compliance with IA&IO regulatory, mandatory and operational governance policies
- Deputising for the Senior Manager Service Delivery in change forums.
Key Capabilities:
5+ years change delivery experience at a senior level and the ability to - apply this experience to the needs of the business.
- In depth knowledge of Investment Accounting & Investment Operations systems, processes and controls, including box management, Life and Pensions unit pricing, OEIC pricing
- Good experience of hands on change management in the Investment Accounting & Investment Operations area
- Good knowledge of middle/back office Investment Operations processes
- In depth knowledge of accounting regulations governing the disclosure of financial information relating to Life, Pension and OEIC funds
- Excellent communicating, negotiating and influencing skills with the resilience and ability
