Description
Prepare and communicate scientific information. Lecture at scientific meetings. Lead advisory boards. Conduct face to face meetings. Implement communication activities at local and global congresses. Conduct congress symposia. Provide responses to scientific requests.*Provide expertise on Company products in all areas relevant to internal and external customers: clinical, pre-clinical, commercial.
*Build advocacy for Company products among KOLs, including physicians, key academic centers, professional organizations, patient advocacy groups, hospital administration and payers.
*Provide scientific expertise to internal business partners. Close cooperation with , Sales & Marketing, Clinical Development, Research & Development, Health Economics & Reimbursement
*Manage Investigator-Initiated Studies and Educational Grant programs.
*Provide input in Medical Affairs and Brand Strategy
*Plan and execute publication strategy
*Provide medical content and representation for Company during dossier preparation and meetings with Regulatory bodies
Ensure compliance with regulatory and health care compliance guidelines
Desired Skills and Experience
*MD, PhD or PharmD.
*Minimum of 2 years of pharmaceutical / medical device industry experience
*Experience in any one or more of the therapeutic areas required: immunology, oncology, Solid organ transplantation, gastroenterology, dermatology and/or infectious disease.
*Experience with health economic and QoL data would be an asset. Must be clinically oriented with the ability to partner appropriately with the commercial and leadership teams.
*Customer focused and enjoys learning and teaching, as well as managing and inspiring a group
*Cross cultural experience and ability to operate in a diverse and international work environment
*Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken and fluency in another European language preferable
*Willingness to travel significantly (up to 50%)
*Enthusiastic, dedicated and committed approach to work
The location of the role is flexible but needs to be close proximity to any major European hub, preferable in the UK, Netherlands, Sweden or Belgium due to the travel requirements.
