Role: Complaints ManagerDay Rate: £250 - £300
Duration: 3 Months
My client, an NHS Trust in London is looking for an interim Complaints Manager with 1+ years experience working within the NHS.
To be successful in this role you must have managed a large case load and dealt with a back log of complaints, ideally in an Acute setting and must be an excellent communicator.
Your main responsibilities in this role will include:
- Managing a case load of complaints (up to 60 per month)
- Writing complaints responses
- Managing a large case load of complaints
- Dealing with patients in a professional manner
In order to be considered in this role you MUST have worked for the NHS in a similar complaints role and be able to demonstrate your experience.
