Senior Architect ( ESB, OSB, WebLogic, Infrastucture, SOA, Java ) - £65-75k+ package - Hayes

A Senior Architect ( ESB, OSB, WebLogic, Infrastucture, SOA, Java ) is required for a Leading IT & Communictions Provider to give technical direction to the project team, including project managers, analysts, engineers and customers. The desired Senior Architect ( ESB, OSB, WebLogic, Infrastucture, SOA, Java ) would be responsible for requirements analysis and design of various technical aspects, such as software and network on a large scale project in a distributed global environment. The Senior Architect ( ESB, OSB, WebLogic, Infrastucture, SOA, Java ) would be accountable to bring together different aspects of IT design, business architecture, domain expertise and apply this towards the overall architecture.

Essential
- Recent and relevant working experience as a Senior Architect ( ESB, OSB, WebLogic, Infrastucture, SOA, Java ) within a commercial organisation
- Proven experience delivering for multiple concurrent programmes with a Global/International impact
- Experience managing and interacting as a leader for an Integration/Solution Team; liaising with stakeholders & suppliers/3rd party vendors in order to provide architectural design guidance & collaboration
- Knowledge of processes and standards within IT architecture/ infrastructure
- Understands software development process and it's link to IT infrastructure
- Well versed in the application of new technologies and industry trends
- Experience with enterprise platforms and OS and able to develop relevant standards

Desirable
- Experience working as a Senior Architect within Aerospace, Aviation, Defence or one of the Major IT Service Providers
- Specific skills: JRockit, Oracle Entitlements Server/ Oracle Web Services Manager, Oracle Enterprise Repository, Master Syestems Integrator (MSI)
- Relevant University degree
- Recognised professional qualification
