One of SThree's most successful teams are currently looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to work in our Bristol offices. You'll be working within a team of 11 Consultants (with headcount to grow to 16) and a solid management/support structure. The successful candidate will be replacing one of our Senior Consultants who has taken up a new opportunity in one of Huxley's offices abroad. For the right candidate, there is huge potential here to be fast-tracked into management in a rapidly growing team. You'll be responsible for recruiting within the following areas; Wind EnergyWave & Tidal EnergySolarAutomotive & AerospaceRotating MachineryGeneral Engineering & Manufacturing The team have already established a number of key relationships within the EMEA's leading manufacturers, suppliers and distributors. As a result of this they have secured first refusal on a number of senior roles and have frequent approaches made by leading professionals looking for a confidential approach to a mutually agreed target company list. Huxley Associates has also been awarded Laureate status for consistantly achieving Best Workplace status from 2004 to 2012 and are the only recruitment company to achieve this status.
