Strategic Solutions Sourcing Programme Manager - London - ASAPHuxley Associates are currently recruiting for a SSS Programme Manager, based in London, on a 6 month contractual basis. Our Client, a multinational banking and financial services company is looking for a SSS Programme Manager to lead a complex strategic change programme and business transformation.
They act as a role model, leading as one global team, demonstrating active leadership and communication. Programme Managers are responsible for deploying the Global Change Delivery Programme Management framework and other Business Transformation Frameworks within their programme and instilling good programme disciplines within their programme and across Global Change Delivery.
The role holder has end to end responsibility for supporting all aspects of the programme, including definition, controlling, execution, change management and implementation. They are also responsible for ensuring effective handover to the business to support effective benefits realisation.
It is essential to have worked within the FS before, to have consistent experience in outsourcing and transformation/change management.
