Real Staffing are working with an NHS Trust in London which requires an interim Finance Manager to support the time whilst they appoint to substantive positions.
This is the ideal opportunity for a self-motivated and driven NHS Finance Manager who has recently operated within a demanding provider organisation.
KEY DUTIES
- Co-ordinating the month-end process
- Supporting the Head of Finance
- Budget setting and forecasting
- Meeting with clinicians and service-managers
- Reporting on the division's financial position
- Cost Improvement Plan (CIP) monitoring and tracking
- Staff supervision (5 accountants bands 5-7)
- Attending monthly performance meetings
KEY SKILLS
- NHS Finance Manager
- Operate at Bands 7-8b
- Strong background in management accounts
- Good system and communication skills
- Recent NHS provider experience
