Reporting to the Programme Director for CIP and Turnaround, successful candidates will need to demonstrate the following:- Proven management, coaching and leaderhip ability
- A solid understanding of Clinical and Clerical productivity
- Experience of process improvement
- Skilled in the effective use of technology
- Skilled in process improvement
- Knowledge of HR requirements for making Change processes.
- Proven Project management skills and experience
- Proven attention to detail and risk analysis
This role will be for 3 - 6 months* and is paying £400 per day.
