Senior Infrastructure Project ManagerOur client, a major international bank, is currently looking for a Senior Infrastructure Project Manager
Activities include:
· Technical Business Partner Global Project and Delivery Management
· TBP GPDM Switzerland is part of a global organisation with the aim to deliver either complex global or cross organizational infrastructure programs and projects to improve services for our customer and optimize processes, costs and operation world-wide.
· As the key single point of contact within Technical Infrastructure Services is mandated to orchestrate and review high-level Infrastructure deliverables across the program on a global basis.
· Owns and Drives the Digital Private Bank Technical Infrastructure Services Governance Model.
· Manages the day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of the Digital Private Bank Infrastructure large scale program.
· Oversees managers working on client engagements within practice.
· Implements engagement review and quality assurance procedures in accordance with our methodology to ensure timely, profitable and successful execution of engagements as measured by regional goals and customer satisfaction.
· Minimizes our exposure and risk across the Digital Private Bank program.
· Manages scope and mitigates risk across the Digital Private Bank program.
· Strong adherence to milestone objectives set by the overarching program.

Client Management

· Manages day-to-day client interaction and expectations for multiple or large-scale projects within the Digital Private Bank Program

· Continually seeks and capitalizes upon opportunities within the technology and processes to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships.
· Possesses a knowledge base of each client's business, organization and objectives.
Internal Operations
· Easily recognizes areas for internal improvement and develops plans for implementation.
· Lends expertise to internal teams and task forces.
· Reviews the status reports of team members across projects and addresses issues as appropriate.
· Complies with and enforces standard policies and procedures.
Degree or higher education in Information technology, business/economics or equivalent
Multi-Year experience as IT project manager in projects involving coordination across multiple teams
(Preferable in IT infrastructure environment or platform engineering; e.g. ITIL)
Fluent in English is mandatory and German is a plus.
Extensive experience in implementation and methodologies, preferably Credit Suisse Solution Delivery Framework including (certification on level IPMA-B or PMI-PMP) and understanding of change programs in particular
