Description
We are currently looking for a Service / Operations Manager in Basel.Tasks:
- Manages and coordinates computer support service delivery activities across various different teams to ensure rapid, accurate, and efficient resolution/escalation of application support issues/problems.
- Plans, develops and maintains policies and procedures for carrying out application support operations.
- Reflects the operational findings into new/changed systems capabilities and the required communication activities.
Skills:
- Experience with enterprise-scale, complex, distributed computer system architectures is a strong requirement.
- Knowledge of the Oracle BPM technology and the way this is applied in EWS/EA PEBA is a strong prerequisite.
- Knowledge of applications that are deployed on this platform is highly appreciated.
- Excellent english language skills and the proven ability to work with global, virtual teams is required.
