Introduction:
Our client specialises in the development and maintenance of diagnostics solutions in the field of medical technology.The team is now expanding and is seeking an energetic, motivated Test Analyst to help in testing the next generation instrument.
Role:
- Creating and reviewing test cases for a given product based on requirements and specifications documentation, and inputs from product developers
- Maintaining test cases to reflect changes and updates in the product
- Executing test cases during tests runs, analyzing test results, reporting and tracking defects, and verifying fixes
- Assisting the Test Manager with the creation of required test documentation
- Analysis of test case anomalies and redefinition of test case procedures
- Interfaces to software / hardware development and integration teams and communication and presentation of results at meetings
Requirements:
- ETH/HTL degree in IT, applied sciences, or medicine (or comparable professional experience)
- Verifiable direct experience in the new development project
- Direct experience in Hardware testing
- Certification ISTQB Advanced
- Direct experience in software & Hardware testing, including knowledge of testing processes, methodologies and tools
- HP Quality Center or similar Test management tool
- Desire to learn and to achieve results
- Exposure to different cultures and multi-national team experience
- Experience in a regulated environment would be beneficial
- Experience with the Team Foundation Server is a plus
Languages:
- Ability to communicate effectively English and German(written and oral)
